Located near Panaji, the capital of Goa, the site is a sloping triangular plot that culminates at the sea. The planning was conceived with minimal rock cutting and without hindering/ obstructing the magnificent view of the Arabian Sea. The villa is designed as a holiday home along the sea for a family that enjoys being surrounded by nature and loves entertaining their guests. While the site is set amidst the most generous natural setting, it is also a south facing plot with ample strong sunlight. The house is constructed in RCC and cladded with a stronger local basalt stone as opposed to the more commonly used laterite stone for the inner shell to keep the home cooler.
